The Crafter's Playground Return Policy

At The Crafter's Playground, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and custom order reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Any services

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Send the item back within 5 days of receiving approval.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
